PREMRUDEE PARINAYOK is an Assistant Vice President, Family Wealth, Phatra Securities PCL

Prior to joining Phatra Securities, she was a tax lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, Thailand where she worked on various cases of tax advisories and planning. Apart from tax cases, she worked on several cases of wealth management related to Thai inheritance tax and gift tax. She had experiences on advising Thai and foreign families planning their family business structures and successions, include structuring and establishing foreign trusts for succession planning and tax optimization.

Premrudee received a LLM (merit) from King’s College London, and her LLB (Second Class Honours) in business law from Chulalongkorn University
