PREMRUDEE PARINAYOK is an Assistant Vice President for Family Wealth and Governance Advisory and a team member of investment solution at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, Wealth Management.

Prior to joining Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, she was a tax lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, Thailand where she worked on various cases of tax advisories and planning. Apart from tax cases, she worked on several cases of wealth management related to Thai inheritance tax and gift tax. She had experiences on advising Thai and foreign families planning their family business structures and successions, include structuring and establishing foreign trusts for succession planning and tax optimization.

Premrudee received a LLM (merit) from King’s College London, and her LLB (Second Class Honors) in business law from Chulalongkorn University.
