DR. PIPAT LUENGNARUEMITCHAI is an Assistant Managing Director and the co-head of the CIO office at Phatra Wealth Management. He leads a team of analysts responsible for giving clients investment advice on global asset allocation as well as product selection.

Prior to joining Phatra Securities, he was an economist at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, where he worked on various policy and capital market issues, including the monetary policy and the financial market developments. Subsequently, he was a Senior Research Analyst at Mellon Capital Management in San Francisco, where he worked on a global macro fund strategy.

Pipat received a Ph.D. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and his BA in Economics from Thammasat University.
