SUPHIN MECHUCHEP is the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Thailand’s largest international property services firm with a workforce of 1,600. She has extensive real estate expertise, especially in capital markets and asset management. She has also played a key role in several major investment transactions such as sales of the former Australian Embassy site on Sathorn Road in 2017 and a prime land plot on Lang Suan Road in 2018 for THB 3.1 million per sq.wah, Thailand’s record land price per sq.wah to-date. With nearly 30 years of experience, Suphin is one of the most respected real estate professionals. She was appointed as the Judge Head for PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2016-2019. In 2018, she obtained a Quality Business Person of the Year Award in the real estate industry category by the Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand.

Suphin holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from National University in San Diego, California, and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.
